Digital Communications Officer – freelance

The Centre for Progressive Policy (CPP) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic freelance, part time, social media manager to help us take CPP’s digital engagement to the next level – through our virtual and hybrid events programme and disseminating our research.

We work with local, national and international partners to build a fairer society in which everyone can contribute to and benefit from economic growth. We come up with new policy ideas to tackle the root causes of inequality, harnessing the best of central and local government to help build a fairer, more productive economy.

This role is key to our mission to influence policy on the local, national and international level to make inclusive growth a reality. You will cooperate closely with CPP’s wider team and take the lead on the development, implementation and continuous improvement of CPP’s social media strategy.

Join us if you are a well organised thinker and doer who has a passion for audience development and brings forward their ideas – based on an understanding of what works in our marketplace – to create, commission and embed innovative digital practices at CPP. To apply, please send a CV and covering letter to Thomas Hauschildt, Communications Manager: careers@progressive-policy.net (with the subject line Digital Communications Officer). Please state your suggested day rate in your application.
